We're looking for people to join
us in:
A1) Development
To maintain our lead when it
comes to the world-class technology foundation for our
products, we are always on the look out for highly ambitious
and energetic people with outstanding technical skills.
Freshers & experienced hands (up to 5 years) who are highly
motivated, armed with a "Do what it takes" attitude and who
are interested in working on .Net, AJAX, HTML, SQL, cutting
edge User Interfaces, kernel level development, browser
based applications, and lots more are encouraged to apply.
Most
technical positions revolve around Microsoft Technologies
therefore Microsoft Certifications are required.
A2) Quality Assurance
Our products go through some
heavy torture at our test labs but as the product grows in
features, complexity and number of deployments, the demands
on testing are exponentially increasing! People who have a
flair for testing with experience in using automated test
tools and automating tests using scripting languages are
encouraged to apply.
A3) Technical Writing
While the inner workings our
products are fairly 'technical', they are used by highly
technical people like office administrators and IT service
providers, and 'not so technical' business users. We are
looking for people who have a flair for writing and who have
enough of a software background to write end user
documentation for a non-technical audience, API manuals for
technical developers, etc.
B) Technical Support
Executives: we're known for our fanatical support; we're looking
for people who will help us continue to be known for this...
You will be the ‘technical’ face
of the company! If you have more than 1 year of phone based tech
support experience under your belt, this would be an ideal
position for you! You must be highly motivated and hard working,
and should have a strong background in software support. You
will be the technical point of contact for your accounts, and
help the Business Development Team close deals. You must possess
the ability to handle advanced technical support on the phone
and email. You must have excellent written & spoken English and
a neutral accent. Like the Business Development team, you should
be willing to work in US/Europe timings. Good technical support
is one of the key factors to our success! Check out our forums

relationship we enjoy with our partners & customers.
C) Business Development : for
sales executives looking at selling a product that really has a
demonstrable value.
Tele-sales & tele-relationship
executives with at least 1 year of experience in call centers
(or related) industries (preferably working on B2C assignments)
are encouraged to apply. This is far more than a regular tele-sales
or customer support position. Phone conversations are only part
of the job profile! These positions will require you to work in
US/Europe/Australian timings - in line with our partners &
customers. Our business development team is small & informal,
and we won't evaluate you on a bunch of 'dropped call' metrics
and similar numbers! Since you'll be the face of Prime MRM,
we'll groom you to do a lot more than you'll ever do in any call
centre position!
D) Marketing Team : for those
who're looking for that marketing 'dream job' - marketing a
product that's truly better than its competition...
People with over 2 years of
experience in web marketing and content (collateral) development
are encouraged to apply. You should have some knowledge and/or
an active interest in SEM (PPC, etc), white hat SEO, and other
PPC models including RSS & content targeting - please apply only
if some/all of these terms make sense to you!
Responsibilities will include
managing internet marketing campaigns (SEM, etc), SEO, website
management (with help of web developer/graphic designer and
team), creating collateral, managing email campaigns, creating
product demos (online), managing webinars and creating &
managing partner relation tools. While this serves to give an
idea of the job responsibility, we are looking for someone who
is willing to 'do what it takes' and is fundamentally interested
in new age IT marketing in a dynamic environment with potential
for growth!
